The General Election Commission (KPU) of Medan City has set 10 candidates for the Regional Head Election Mascot in 2020.

Later, they will be selected again to determine who is the best.

The jury determined the 10 nominees based on originality, neutrality, philosophy, and aesthetics.

They were selected from 35 designs that also took part in the nomination.

Presentations from each Artist

"Tomorrow, Tuesday (12/17), there will be presentations from each artist who made the mascot," said Eddy Suhartono, Coordinator of the Human Resources and Community Participation Division of the Medan City KPU, in Medan, Monday (16/12).

The ten works that passed the Medan 2020 Regional Election Mascot Competition are considered to represent unique identities in the city of Medan.

The designs show typical things in Medan, such as chickens, city hall, Maimun Palace, and durian.

Determination of the winner's questions will certainly be determined through some consideration and evaluation from the Jury.
